Processing Time
All of our products are made to order — nothing is pre-made sitting on a shelf. Your keychain, bag tag, or stocking tag is printed fresh in our Wisconsin studio specifically for your order.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the time you place your order. During peak seasons (especially November through December for stocking tags), processing may extend to 2–3 business days. We'll notify you if your order is affected.
Domestic Shipping
We ship from Wisconsin via USPS and other major carriers. Domestic shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery to the contiguous US typically falls at the lower end of that range; remote areas and PO boxes may take longer.
Estimated total time from order to delivery:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Rush (contact us): varies by order size and location
We provide tracking information via email when your order ships.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Shipping times vary significantly by destination and are outside our control once the package leaves our studio. Customs processing may add delays. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import fees.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every item we sell is custom-made with a personalized name, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders for reasons of change of mind, incorrect name entered by the customer, or color preferences.
We will always reprint or replace your order if:
- There is a production error on our part (wrong name printed, misspelling that is not in your original submission)
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item is significantly different from what was described in the product listing
To initiate a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We'll assess and respond within one business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package appears genuinely lost in transit (tracking stalled for more than 7 business days), contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a reprint.
