Production takes 1–2 business days in our Wisconsin studio. After that, standard US shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days.
Do you offer returns on bag tags?
Because every bag tag is custom-made with a personalized name, returns are not available for personalized orders. If there is a production error or your item arrives damaged, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
