How Bulk Ordering Works

Small quantities (2–25 items)

You don't need to contact us for smaller bulk orders. Simply enter each name in the Personalization field separated by a comma (one name per keychain), select your quantity, and add to cart. The checkout process handles everything automatically.

Medium to large quantities (25–100+ items)

For orders of 25 or more, or any order requiring custom color combinations that differ from our standard options, contact us directly before placing your order. We'll confirm availability, discuss color options, and can arrange group pricing for larger sets.

Pricing and Discounts

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout based on quantity — no coupon codes needed. For large team or organizational orders, reach out for custom pricing. We're a small business and we'd rather work with you than lose an order over a few dollars.

Custom Colors for Teams

Our standard products come in a range of color options, but for team orders, we understand that exact color matching matters. If your team colors aren't represented in our standard options, contact us and we'll discuss whether custom filament options are feasible for your order size and timeline.

Timeline for Large Orders

Most orders of 25–50 items ship within 3–5 business days. For orders over 50 items, please allow 5–7 business days for production. Rush orders may be possible — contact us to discuss.
