We started 3D Design Bros the same way most small businesses start — with a printer, a dining room table, and a project that turned into something bigger than expected.
Our founders began experimenting with 3D printing as a hobby, making small custom pieces for friends and family. Everyone wanted a personalized version of whatever we'd just made. A keychain here. A bag tag for a kid's backpack. A stocking tag for Christmas. That became CustomKeychain.co, printed and packed in our Wisconsin studio.
Printed here, not drop-shipped
Every keychain, bag tag, and stocking tag is printed in-house on our machines. We use high-grade PLA — tougher than typical acrylic name tags, and it holds detail. If something isn't right, we fix it. No ticket queue.
No order minimums
Order one tag or a full roster. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10+ is 10% off, 25+ is 15% off.
Team and bulk orders
Sports teams, schools, and first responders are a big part of what we print. For a roster, comma-separate names and set quantity to match. Bulk & team orders if you want help on colors or timing.
